Additional cleaning fee of $200 will be taken out per week from the security deposit or additional if staying longer. If additonal damage is done, please notify us immediately so we can discuss and handle. If it is not in the "normal wear and tear of the home" additional funds may be deducted from the security deposit and extra may be asked for. This is a family friendly neighborhood, and we welcome all to share the love of this home for the summer. Again, weekly, monthly and full/half summer rental availability. The back yard is fenced in on a corner lot, with a new weber grill, fire pit, ping pong table, hammock, home is again fully furnished, and outdoor shower for your convenience, and stocked with pots, plates, and all necessities for your summer stay. 2 Beach cruiser Bikes are available to use as well. Minimum of one week stay. Security deposit is due upon signing along with Payment for rental, no personal checks will be accepted. All Deposits will be Refundable within 30 days after vacancy of the home as long as it is in the same condition it was presented in. THE PERFECT BEACH HOUSE WITH ALL THE AMENITIES.... Just Bring yourself and your swimsuit!! Miles of Beautiful beaches, with many amenities within close distance or a short bike ride. Just one mile through the beautiful town of Belmar to the beach! Everything you would want in a beach town. Close to Belmar's unique shopping district. Stop in the cafe for a coffee, or grab a cold one from the many breweries! Everything is here for you just come and enjoy! Whether you are looking for a quiet relaxing get away or a fun adventurous trip or somewhere in the middle!! We've got you covered! We're animal friendly! A fenced in grass yard and a doggie beach so your furry friends can run free! We just ask that you respect our home as it's yours! We are a pet friendly home as well. No additional fee unless any damage is made. New appliances. Washer and dryerLaundry room and & cart. Brand new refrigerator water filter system for fresh cold water at the push of a button! Lawn Maintenance also done weekly. Loss of any items, price will be determined on how damaged items are, however we hope that you treat our home as yours and leave the way you were placed in it. Check in on Friday by 4PM (No earlier) and Checkout on Thursday No later than 10 AM as we have to have turnover cleaning for next group. Minimum 7 Day Rental at $3,500 - per week (7 Days). If you stay for more than a week, cleaning crew will come again, they will wash and turn the linens, towels, dishes and clean the home. if you require more, it would need to be discussed with them directly and paid to them direclty, and approved with landlord, so they are made aware ahead of time, and additional prices can be discussed. Garbage days will be posted as well as wifi. Please also be mindful of the neighbors who live here year round and respect the noise ordinances. We just want everyone to have some fun and enjoy the beach! Homeowners requires NTN screening for approval to rent. Application is provided in documents on the documents section. Please use seasonal lease and provide any additional provisions within the document. Landlord also requires tenant insurance if renting for over 30 days.
