Sold as is. Seller did not occupy property. Property was previously rented and is in need of repair and updating. There was a previous leak that damaged the lower level family room & half bathroom ceiling. The leak was from the back outside faucet let running. The ceiling sheet rock was removed. Sellers will clear the property of personal items prior to closing as well as the cars in the driveway. The furnace/hvac were updated July of 2025. There is hardwood flooring under the carpet that may need to be replaced.
